The Beaverdale Farmers Market 2017 application and rules are available below. Market days are Tuesdays, June 6 – September 12.  Note: The 2017 season hours are 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Interested vendors may apply for full-time or occasional status. There is no market on July 4th.
Use the online form or print the linked pdf documents at the bottom of the page if you wish to mail your application and signed rules. Vendor orientation dates are May 20 and May 23.

Vendors must request and receive written approval from BFM before adding mid-season inventory. BFM reserves the right to limit inventory to be sold at the Beaverdale Farmers Market.

Space preference is NOT guaranteed.

BFM reserves the right to assign locations to ALL farmers market vendors.

Application deadline has passed but some applications are being considered as of April 30. We are at capacity for produce vendors. via e-mail or mail.

If you are selected as a vendor, you will be notified the week of April 1, 2017. Full payment for all vendors is due by April 30, 2017.

By renting a space at the Beaverdale Farmers Market, all vendors agree not to hold BFM, its members, staff, or board of directors responsible for damage of any kind. Vendors assume all responsibility for the operation of their booth, and any damages or injuries that may occur in that area during normal hours of market operation or from consumption of products or goods. This includes all lawsuits, demands and claims including court costs, legal fees, and damages. Vendors are also responsible for any loss or damages BFM may incur on their behalf including, but not limited to court costs and attorney fees. All merchandise will be handled and displayed at the vendor’s risk and BFM assumes no responsibility for theft, accident or natural disaster.

The undersigned agrees to indemnity and hold any sponsors of the Beaverdale Farmers Market harmless in regard to all liability for any damages to personal property, for any loss of life or personal injury or theft of property that may be sustained in connection with this event. I further give approval for BFM, the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association or the Beaverdale Betterment Coalition, to use photographs taken at this event, which might include my work, for publicity purposes.
