Beaverdale Farmers Market opens on Tuesday, June 6 at a new time of 4:00 p.m. We’ll have 40 to 50 vendors each week, with produce, baked goods, meats, eggs, crafts, plants and many new items among your favorites. A drone will fly over the market on opening day and the limited-edition Beaverdale Centennial Mural print will be available at the BNA’s non-profit booth.
The Jeffrey Scott Band kicks off a great summer music lineup. The music tent is set up near tables and chairs and a children’s play area for visitors to relax with prepared foods and beverages. We’re part of the Double Up Food Bucks program this year. Details are at the information tent, along with free cold water and market tee-shirts for sale. Visitors may park in the church and lodge lots off Beaverdale Avenue.
The market is open every Tuesday through September 12, except for July 4. Urbandale Avenue will be closed from 3:00-8:30 p.m on market days.
