Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) both provide nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of eligible families so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency.
